Dad turned 80 this year and so I made him two cakes -- one for his actual birthday and one for his party! The first one for his actual birthday is his very own specially created (by me) Black Forest Zuppa. Rich with Rum and cream, it was absolutely delicious! The second one I made for his party with my own Cannoli Cream Cake. Yummy!

Getting lots of orders for my Italian Rum Cream Cake. This cake is the typical wedding rum cream cake that has 4 halved layers of cake with Italian cream between each layer and then is frosted with a stabilized whipped cream and garnished with almond slices. Absolutely delicious!
Just finished up with my 4-layer Carrot-Pineapple Cake. Yummy!
This cake is garnished with walnuts on the side.
I found green candied cherries and so decided to make up a batch of almond macaroons using them in place of the red ones! They are so cute and together with the red ones will certainly add to the cookie trays!
Ok, it's that time of year and so I made some mini fruit cakes! These are brushed lightly with a rum glaze and then loosely wrapped with a burgundy and grand mariner soaked cheesecloth. Absolutely delicious!
I made this absolutely delicious Traditional Italian Wedding Rum Cream Cake tonight, which is made with Italian Sponge Cake and Pasticcierra cream and the family couldn't get enough!
Decided to try another pumpkin cookie and here is the result! Pumpkin Penuche Cookies with a molasses spiced glazed icing. This cookies is truly yummy!!
