I have an order coming up for a Traditional British Wedding Fruit Cake and wanted to make a trial run as I've never made one before. Turned out really well and even my fellow British vendor at the Flea Market said it was "perfect, just like home." I'm so glad that I got the order as it really is a nice twist our traditional fruit cake with a layer of marzipan and fondant on top. Also the addition of the different kinds of raisins in it compared to our fruit cake truly makes the cake wonderful!
