Coddura Culou is typically a Sicilian Easter Bread shaped like an Easter Basket that is somewhat cookie like because of the added Almond Paste. A few years back, I had the idea to turn them into a cookie and they turned out great! I'm sure you will love them as much as my friends and family have!
