Thought I would brighten up the day with "Some Bunny Loves You" bunnies! These cake pops are dipped in white chocolate and have marshmallow ears and feet.
I've been super busy the past couple weeks with a variety of cake orders. Thought I would show everyone a few of them!
My daughter brought me a flat of strawberries after attending the Strawberry Festival, but asked me to make her Orange Poppy Seed Muffins. Hmmm... So, I went ahead and made a Strawberry Jelly Roll, Orange Poppy Seed Muffins and Orange Poppy Seed Cookies!! LOL! All three turned out terrific!
Was asked to make some sugar-free cake pops last week, so I decided to mix up a batch. Started with a chocolate-brownie SF cake recipe that calls for stevia and then dipped them unsweetened chocolate that I "sweetened" with stevia and almond flavoring. They turned out pretty good!

Deliciously soft and buttery coffee cake with swirls of raspberry and cream cheese filling and then drizzled with Icing. Yummy! I was selling these the weekend before Christmas for $7 a piece!
I was crazy busy these past two weeks baking away....between making cookies, cookies and more Italian cookies, I baked a total of 12 cakes over the past two weeks. Whew..... Here are a few of them....
Dad turned 80 this year and so I made him two cakes -- one for his actual birthday and one for his party! The first one for his actual birthday is his very own specially created (by me) Black Forest Zuppa. Rich with Rum and cream, it was absolutely delicious! The second one I made for his party with my own Cannoli Cream Cake. Yummy!
It's that time of year again! The ever tasty Cucidati! These figgy cookies are truly delectable and I had fun making them as well!
